ALL YOU NEED:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • handful of granola
  • handful of almonds, sliced
  • 2 tsp honey

Baked Blackened Honey Chicken Salad

ALL YOU NEED:

  • salt
  • cayenne pepper
  • crushed red peppers
  • garlic powder
  • paprika
  • ground pepper
  • onion powder
  • oregano
  • thyme
  • basil
  • cumin
  • 3-4 tbsp honey
  • 2 large chicken breasts 
  • 3 strawberries, sliced
  • handful of grape tomatoes, halved
  • dressing of your choice (I used a gluten-free garlic dressing)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Combine all seasonings together in a small ramekin. Rub seasoning mix onto chicken breasts evenly on both sides. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove the chicken from the oven and drizzle honey on top. Cover with foil and bake for another 5-8 minutes.
