ALL YOU NEED:
Sear salmon in pan over medium heat--3-5 minutes each side (depending on thickness). During the last minute or so, combine herbs with melted butter and pour over salmon while cooking. Top salmon with fruits, pepper, and lemon juice. Note: This Salmon dish goes well with a side of green beans and kale! Enjoy!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place sliced peach on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. drizzle with coconut oil and honey. Bake for 20 minutes. Mix together protein and yogurt in a bowl. Top with banana, blueberries, granola, almond butter, peaches, and chia seeds. Enjoy! |
