ALL YOU NEED:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash and prepare (slice) all your vegetables. Layer all veggies on both slices of toast. Add sliced egg, garlic and preferred seasonings. Top with parmesan and goat cheese. Bake for about 5-6 minutes or until toast is brown around the edges. During the last 30 seconds add your thyme and continue to bake. Add fresh basil and lemon juice once out of oven. Enjoy! Printable Recipe
