Greek Yogurt Fruit Toast

ALL YOU NEED:

• 2 slices cinnimon raisin Ezekiel bread, toasted
• 2 tbs peanut butter or nut butter
• 3-4 tbs plain greek yogurt or Siggis plain yogurt
• 1 medium peach, cored and sliced
• pinch of coconut
• 1-2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
• 1 tsp freeze dried raspberries
• pinch of almond slices
• 1/2 tbsp honey to drizzle

Pair this toast with a cup of hot chai! Enjoy!
