ALL YOU NEED:
Add kale, ½ of lemon juice, a little oil and a little kosher salt in large bowl. Massage the kale until it softens and starts to wilt. Set aside. In small bowl whisk remaining lemon juice with honey and lots of ground black pepper. Stream in ¼ cup olive oil while whisking until dressing forms and the taste is to your liking. Pour the dressing over kale, and add apple slices, walnuts and craisins. Toss & serve.
